About Giselle Nguyen
A compassionate and dedicated teacher, Giselle Nguyen is a professional classical pianist with 18 years of performing experience. She is amazing at inspiring in person and online students through interactive musical games and a unique creative approach. Giselle is currently teaching in person and online, but has a particular unique talent for making online piano lessons enjoyable and educational for students of all ages!
Giselle is currently pursuing her Master’s in Piano Performance at Longy School of Music under the guidance of Dr. Spencer Myer. Prior to her Master’s degree, Giselle was awarded a full scholarship to study Piano Performance at Cornell under the guidance of Dr. James Martin. She graduated with Cum Laude honors and distinction in the Music major.
Giselle Nguyen loves sharing her talents and insight with students of all ages, but is especially gifted at connecting with young students! In addition to teaching private piano lessons, she also leads online group music classes for young children (ages 18 months-3 years). As an instructor, Giselle has a patient, individual needs-based approach that makes lessons both fun & educational.
If you’ve been on the fence about trying an in person or online lesson (especially for a younger student) Giselle is the teacher for you! She loves working with students ages 2 and up, but has plenty of experience teaching adult students as well.
Giselle resumes in-person lessons in the Fall of 2021, and until that time, is excited to meet with you online and get you started on your musical journey.
